HOW TO STOP WORRYING AND STRESSING .

 Selamat malam para pemilik hati yang sedang bahagia atau sedih , smoga hal ini membantu .
Saya akan mencoba berbahasa inggris ya di catatan saya kali ini , sebisa saya wkwkwkwk .
Today , we have different type stress . 
Maybe you worrying about your future ?
Maybe you worrying about your education ? 
Job ?
Dissapointing with parents ?
Maybe you just so stress because your own expectation?
Just STOP worrying , we are living in the best  of time and also worse of time
A little stress is normal however when it takes over your life . it will break you .
it can become from hormonal acne , or etc . 
Stressing can make a stroke .
Statistic tell us that we often worry for nothing .. 
When i hate with people , i let my emotions come and join me when yeah aku tau bahwa emosi hanyalah emosi dan aku akan menysal setelahnya . 
worrying is like sitting on a rocking chair . it takes up a lot of energy not takes you nowhere .
ussualy when i worry , tiap harinya semakin d pikir semakin kita worrying about something .
You lose yourself when you get caught up in self doubt .
You were more capable than you thought in the end after all right?
From few times ago , i was worried from something that i had zero control over , than i need a mental relaxtation , i needed to just do something that can take me away 
you can do : 
  1. cooking 
  2. playing your guitar 
  3. diy project 
  4. watch a movie 
  5. day out 
  6. youtube 
and dont over work yourself , you need rest  sleep is free , it will be refresh your mind . and you will be better .
Ada cerita seorang anak wanita kecil terkena leokimia , dan dia membuat org org di sekelilingnya untuk terus bahagia , dia tdk menghabiskan bnyk waktu di hidupnya hanya untuk khawatir tentang hal negativ di dirinya , ya , dia menikmati dan bersyukur pada apa yang ada sekarang 
guys , kadang kita trlalu childish dan ga memikirkan hal hal yg sering kita liat dan bisa kita jadikan untuk pelajaran hidup kita kedepanya, she play music and wanna to make other people happy she doesnt much time to think about her self .. kadang kita lupa kan untuk menjadi berarti membuat org lain bahagia ? lakukan hal itu drpd kamu harus worry sama sesuatu yg akan menghabiskan banyak waktumu .
Okay , we have another story
 Ada seorang wanita dia sedang berkuliah dan dia hamil , secara fisik mental , finansial yeah .. dia tidak siap , then diaharus  balik ke university dalam keadaan hamil , and i ask her "how do you handle this ?" , lalu dia blg dengan simple bahwa : "i dont hv time to worry , worry doesnt do anything for me . "
yeah ,  no amount of worrying will change your future .
I know that you guys worrying about job , parent or anything . . waktu kamu akan habis jika kamu terus terus terus khawatir .bersyukurlah dengan yang ada sekarang , dan segalanya yang terbaik dari dirimu , you have a good things and everthing that good about you .
IF YOU DONT LIKE SOMETHING , CHANGE IT.  if you cant change it , change your attitude and dont complain .
Khawatir akan memperburuk waktumu  .
Dont worry , be happy ! dont let the past and the tommorow yg km punya akan hancur gara gara hari ini yang km habiskan untung stress dan khawatir .
learn the past , be prepared for the future , live in the present .
